i mean they are all a bit different even some contradict eachother i think plenty of them do actually but i see your point since people can have contradicting opinions
We do take advantage of the little separation plurality provides. I can deal with things that are triggering for Gray slightly more easily and vice versa.
Yeah, with the DID discussion i just meant that people will say alters are 'real' and tulpas are not. But like, if they subjectively have a sense of identity how can you really prove any of it? Idk it's a mess

I didn't hatch the idea "my headmate can do this for me!". I really don't like the idea of my headmates dealing with my problems, but more recently they would pressure me to let them step in because I struggle to do stuff on my own. I didn't want to cope this way, but I ultimately do

I mean there's already all the stuff about unconscious processes, I think there's even been studies where people's actions show up in the brain before the intention
